Our accredited La Leche League support group meetings provide an opportunity for both new and experienced mothers to share their questions and concerns, and to talk with one another about the special joys and challenges of parenting. We especially encourage expectant and new mothers to join us. Of course, babies and children are always welcome at La Leche League meetings. We offer double electric breast pumps, slings, and other items for sale, and have an excellent lending library! We look forward to seeing you soon! Our monthly meetings rotate through the following topics:
Lending Library Available at each meeting is an excellent library containing books on breastfeeding, pregnancy, birth, nutrition, and parenting. Our manual, THE WOMANLY ART OF BREASTFEEDING, is available to borrow or purchase. Meeting Times Atwater Meeting Merced Meeting All women interested in breastfeeding are encouraged to attend group meetings regardless of membership status. Babies are always welcome. La Leche League Leaders are experienced mothers who have breastfed their own babies and who have been trained and accredited by La Leche League International to help mothers and mothers-to-be with all aspects of breastfeeding.
